Snelling Staffing -The Wyckoff Group has announced on Monday that they are introducing Job Recovery 2009, a program that allows business owners to redesign their employment structure to reduce labor costs without eliminating positions.

"Job Recovery 2009 helps with the significant cost of labor. It's not salaries and wages that are the problem. It's the additional costs such as benefits, insurances, holidays, sick days and other hidden costs that can be daunting."
The Job Recovery 2009 program permits an employer to bill employees through Snelling. This allows the employer to only pay for time an employee actually works; no benefits spending, unemployment or workers compensation, as all of these costs are under Snelling's payroll.
The overall goal of the program is to remodel the relationship between the employer and employee in a fair way that assists all parties. The plan puts more responsibility on employees for insurance, but the relief of job security and a steady paycheck are restored. While the responsibilities are shifting, jobs are being saved.
