How to Get Started with Snelling

Start by registering with our staffing agency online. Once you’ve completed this step, contact your local office about setting up an interview. In all of our locations, interview times are between 9am - 4pm, Monday through Thursday. Please come professionally dressed and bring two forms of ID. Also, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your paperwork.

You'll speak with our super-helpful and friendly Staffing Managers about your work history, skill sets, salary requirements and career expectations. From this growing relationship, we’ll be able to get a sense of your personality – which helps us to ensure the right fit between candidate and employer.

When an employment opportunity becomes available, we will present you with an overview of the position and ask you if we should submit you for consideration. If you would like to proceed, we will set you up with an interview. You’ll be given valuable information about the company interested in you and with whom you will meet. After the interview, we’ll chat with you about how it went and any negotiations regarding a job offer.

If you don’t feel good about the job placement offered to you, just say so! In no way will it change our relationship or hurt your chances of us promoting you as a candidate.

Please do not get discouraged if you don't hear from us right away. The length of time it takes to get you into an assignment will depend on your level of experience as well as the industry you’re looking to work in and the company’s urgency to fill the position. We always want to make a successful connection, which means that we need to match candidates with the criteria provided by the clients we work with. In addition to assisting you in your search, we strongly encourage candidates to continue networking and applying to positions on their own.
