Q: How do I keep track of my hours?

A: Download a timesheet. Bring this to work with you and fill out the hours that you worked at your assignment. At the end of the week, you’ll need to get a signature from your manager approving your timesheet. You can either drop off your timesheet or fax it to your staffing manager no later than Tuesday at 10:00am in order for you to receive your paycheck on Friday.

Q: When do I get paid?

A: Paychecks are issued every Friday at our branch locations. Yours will become available the Friday after a complete work week.

Q: What do I do when I know I will not be able to make it to work?

A: If you are a temporary or temp-to-hire employee, Snelling is technically your employer. You can place a courtesy call to the client if you wish, but you must call your Staffing Manager at Snelling.
