First you need to decide what type of position fits you best: Temporary Employment, Temp-to-Hire, or Direct Hire.
Temporary Employment/Contract
These assignments generally provide coverage for defined projects, sick leave or short term seasonal needs of our client companies. They can range from 1 day to 6 months. If you are looking for extra money on a school break or transitioning back into the job market, then this may be the best arrangement for you.
Temp-to-Hire
A Temp-to-Hire position allows you to work as an employee of Snelling for a period of time (generally 600 hours) before becoming a permanent employee. This popular arrangement is mutually beneficial to the employer and the candidate because it assure a good working relationship before you both make the long-term commitment to career employment.
Direct Hire
With the Direct Hire option, Snelling recruits, pre-qualifies and refers candidates to contracted clients. The candidates are reviewed and further qualified by the client and would then become a full time employee.
