Frank Wyckoff

In addition to serving as President of Snelling Staffing - The Wyckoff Group, Frank Wyckoff has a very special connection with Snelling - he got his first job through Snelling & Snelling! After graduating college, Frank was having difficulty finding the right match between his skills and ambitions with the available jobs in the Classifieds Section. After hearing about an employment agency called Snelling & Snelling in Plainfield in 1969, he decided to try it out and see what it could do for his professional development. Low and behold, Frank's Staffing Manager helped him land a job at AT&T, an organization where he would climb the ladder to success and work for over 18 years. After Frank left AT&T to invest in his own business, he remembered his roots and decided to choose a small Snelling office in Eatontown, NJ. This office would utlimately grow into a family of successful Snelling offices now known as The Wyckoff Group. Frank believes that Snelling "gave a leg up on his career" and enjoys how his professional career has come full circle.

Kristi Vaiden, Esq.

Successful attorney Kristi Vaiden was recently named as one of New Jersey's Best Fifty Women In Business. This prestigious honor was awarded by NJBiz on the basis of professional accomplishment, community involvement and advocacy for women.

At the Winner's Networking Meet And Greet, she met fellow award recipient Koleen Singerline, Vice President of Snelling Staffing - The Wyckoff Group. During their discussion, Kristi mentioned that she had worked temporary assignments through Snelling in the past and had fond memories of her experiences. Kristi was generous enough to forward me more details, so I'd like to share her "Snelling Success Story" with the Circle:

Kristi was putting herself through Law School and wanted to earn extra income and gain business experience. She came to Snelling because of its excellent reputation and told them what she was looking for. At her request, Snelling arranged for her to work a wide variety of assignments and she noted that the positions matched both her geographical needs as well as her interests. Kristi stated that the assignments were perfect for gaining the business experiences she was looking for. Furthermore, she learned the importance of defining expectations and targeted resources to achieving desired goals.

As Kristi put it, "talking at the reception brought back happy memories of my early work experience that enabled me to pay for my professional education. I have a special place in my heart for Snelling."
