Here are the results:

This was a very hard decision.  The management team involved was split on who to choose.  In the end, Craig was the candidate chosen. Here's what the hiring manager based his decision on:

Attitude: He liked the enthusiasm that Craig bought to his work as demonstrated in the way he handled the interview.  It was evident during the interview that the he would fit into the culture of the company.

Flexibility: With a smaller company in growth mode, every person has to be willing to pitch in and help as needed.  The manager could see from past accomplishments that Craig was not afraid to get his hands dirty.

Skills: Because the hiring company was experiencing a tremendous increase in production, Craig's experience with MRP and setting up inventory systems was seen as a valuable skill.  In reference conversations with Ralph’s co-managers, they explained how he was able to identify problems and create solutions that would improve the overall workflow of a distribution center.
