The Vice President of Regulatory Affairs offered the position to Robert.  He wanted someone who had worked in an FDA regulated environment and had developed training and sampling plans available for his growing workforce.  The company was also looking to implement Lean Manufacturing principles in the plant and Robert had helped other plants develop lean programs.  Robert had extensive experience in mentoring and coaching and had also worked with manufacturing locations outside of the United States.  In addition he had a strong background in injection molding, which the company found helpful.  Robert had achieved and maintained his American Society for Quality (ASQ) certifications as a Quality Engineer, which showed his dedication to excellence.  His references said he had technical abilities as well as the ability to work with and support a team.

We wish Robert great success as he works with this client.
